When we said our pool would be in the lake, we meant it.

When our planners were designing the Community Pool area, they made a wonderful suggestion – bring a pool and a lake together with a deck that overhangs the water. This is just another example of the innovative amenities at Brookberry Farm. The pool was designed with the creation of a swim team in mind as well as a "zero entry" area for small children and plenty of covered and uncovered seating. Adjacent to the pool is a lakeside pavilion for cookouts, picnics, birthday parties and other gatherings that the residents of Brookberry Farm can enjoy with their friends and neighbors.
